Federal, State, and local laws and regulations are an important part of safe and responsible wireless tower siting and infrastructure build-out. Arcola is proud of our proactive approach to working with local communities and jurisdictions. Frederick County will determine if the tower meets all the County code requirements. Once staff has reviewed the application, there will be two public hearings. The first is before the County Planning Commission, and the second is before the County Board of Supervisors.
